HOW DO I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to modify it. This includes billing and shipping addresses, credit card information, and product quantity.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be approved if your order has already been shipped. Contact us at info@madowlfitness.com with questions.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. If you still do not want the products, you may refuse shipment. If you are unable to refuse shipment, email us at info@madowlfitness.com to submit a request to return your order." (same as before)

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can submit a request to return a portion of your order or the entire order. Email us at info@madowlfitness.com to initiate a return. A return address will be provided and the package must be received within 30 days. For your protection, we recommend that the items be returned using a mail carrier that provides shipment tracking or insurance. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

To request a refund, you must look up your order and then use the 'request a refund' option to submit your request. Email us at info@madowlfitness.com with questions.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND CREDIT APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD?

Your refund credit will appear on your card 7-10 business days after we receive your returned package.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you receive a product that is damaged for some reason, please notify info@madowlfitness.com

ORDERING

Ordering is easy and safe. We use industry standard ssl (maybe explain this) for secure shopping. Add products to cart and go to checkout at the top of the page. In checkout you will be asked to fill in your address information. Check that you have the correct information (products, contact information), select your preferred payment method, and click 'Place order'. Depending on the selected payment method, you might be directed to a 3rd party payment method page (for example Paypal), where you will need to fill in your payment information. Make sure you do not close the browser or the page before you are redirected back to the store.

VIEWING ORDERS

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email address. Make sure you have inputted the correct email address to your order. You can always view your orders by logging into your Mad Owl Fitness account.
